The Biggest Loser’s boot camp training program or high impact workout is inappropriate for big or obese people. The boot camp training is used for training soldiers. It can result in personal harm for the people who are big, unhealthy and unfit.

The boot camp training program for soldiers

First, the boot camp style of training used for training soldiers who are healthy and fit is entirely inappropriate for people, like the contestants of The Biggest Loser, who with existing health conditions and who are also unaccustomed to exercise. I believe that kind of training is well-worked on soldiers but when it comes to weight loss or fat loss for big or obese people, it’s different.

High impact of the workout

Second, according to exercise physiology, jumping is the worst thing for them to do, and even walking can be a high impact workout for those carrying heavy body weight.
