Finding a suitable exercise program to go with your weight loss diet can be a challenge but when all have been considered, for various reasons nothing beats a floor-based workout routine. Whether you go to a gym or set aside floor space at home, similar benefits will apply. First you can decide whether to exercise in the morning which suits some people, or after work, or in the mid afternoon when the children are off your hands. A regular time is best, to add to your sense of routine. Your choice of time may depend upon whether you find the exercise to be relaxing before going to bed, or highly stimulating to make you active all the day. At home you may find music to exercise by, or a special workout video, and at the gym you will have an instructor.
